I have dealt with Dave and Michele via email and phone only. I wanted an Arizona Regulator, but I didn’t feel confident I would order the right one or the other parts needed to complete this mod accurately. The Regulator website listed them as the closet location to me stocking this item (other end of Idaho from me) Quickly they shared with me what I needed for what I was expecting. Everything arrived within a week and that was including having to wait for a new shipment to arrive at their location. Very fast communication, and all of it respectful. Not a bit of condescension in their communications. I have since reached out to them with some rather “questionable” request and their responses have been very well received.
